mariasalvat

On June 18, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) issued a public solicitation of opinions on the CCSAR Draft. The new provisions covers all aspects of children cosmetics supervision, including its definition, formula design principles, safety assessment, labeling, production and operation, registration and notification, as well as sampling inspection. Among others, the CCSAR proposes that children’s cosmetics should be marked with the children’s cosmetics logo stipulated by the NMPA in a prominent position on the surface of the sales package. The deadline for feedback is July 31st.
